I’ve systematized and maintained the existing design system for A&D Mortgage (USA) - one of the biggest US lenders - creating the basis for successful migration to an updated tokenized version speeding up design process and saving hundreds of work hours for the IT department. I’ve organized and help weekly update meetups with product teams and published updates in confluence to keep the process transparent for everyone.

I’ve worked closely with analytics and developers to redesign the existing eDoc templates as well as create the new features. I’ve made UI review to find and eliminate inconsistencies and breakpoints to enhance UX. I’ve analyzed and upgraded dark theme palette to ensure it’s smooth implementation. I’ve also worked on hot-fixes, created options for A/B tests and worked with user feedback to improve UX.
